Room Hire Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

The offer

If you book a room at Sabb Collective and don't see at least 2 paying clients during your hire, we'll refund your room hire fee.

A booking is a paying client who attends their appointment in the room during your hire.
Each full hour of paid client time counts as one booking. A single client session of 2 hours or more counts as 2 bookings (e.g. a 2-hour shoot or treatment meets the guarantee).
Free, complimentary or discounted-to-zero sessions, and friends or family attending without paying, do not count.
Client no-shows count toward the guarantee only if you can show the booking was made and paid or confirmed.

To be eligible, you must make a genuine effort to promote your hire date. This includes:

Promoting your session on your own social media and/or website at least 7 days before your hire.
Sharing your booking link or contact details so clients can book with you.
Tagging or mentioning @sabb.collective so we can share where possible.

We may ask for screenshots or links showing your promotion. If no genuine promotion has occurred, the guarantee does not apply.

Let us know before you leave on the day, or email hello@sabbcollective.com within 48 hours of your hire.
Client attendance is verified on-site by Sabb Collective.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Applies to the room hire fee only, not add-ons, extras or cleaning fees.
Applies to casual hire bookings at full price; not available with other discounts unless stated.
Does not apply if you cancel, reschedule, arrive late or leave early, or breach the Space Hire Agreement.
One guarantee claim per hirer per room type.
Sabb Collective may change or end this offer at any time; bookings made before a change will be honoured.
These terms don't limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
